Mini Hand Rolls with Smoked Salmon

Although sushi hand rolls seem like a fancy delicacy, this recipe makes them quite simple to eat. After school, kids adore these salmon hand wraps (maybe without the spicy chiles?). and grownups adore them at all hours of the day or night.

Smoked salmon is used in place of raw sashimi-grade tuna in this substitution. This eliminates the mercury problem associated with tuna and simplifies the process of packing hand rolls for an afternoon snack at work or school without having to worry about them going bad. These hand rolls are a tasty and healthy snack thanks to the monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acids from Primal Kitchen Mayo® and the omega-3s from fatty salmon.

Now let\’s get going. Combine spicy chiles, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a generous portion of Primal Kitchen Mayo. Place a generous portion of the hot salmon onto a nori square, top with thinly sliced avocado and cucumber, fold, and enjoy. It\’s very simple and excellent.
